[POPPY's Ultimate] please allow the affected champs to be targeted if used without channeling

When poppy charges up her ultimate, its ok if for the sake of being bug free, the champions affected lose targetability

but please, if poppy uses the ultimate as just a knockup, area should be bigger and the affected champions should remain targeteable!! more so if you plan on changing the ultimate's stun duration.. (you calling it "knock up duration" sickens me)

idk if the casters voluntarily ignored the fact that piglet's ulti never hits.. but if it wasnt intentional... then they just suck. as this mechanich does.. you simply dont expect that behaviour.
