[SHEN] Shields blocks True Damage from Olaf
the title says pretty much all of it.
get shen, use standard shields or ulti in someone, and the true damage attack (E) of olaf will affect said shield..

True damage doesn't go through shields. That's Pure damage which the fountain turret uses
True damage is a damage type that ignores armor and magic resist. They do not ignore health shields.
