A Voice Chat Option for Team Builder Built Into Game

Yes universal voice chat sounds absolutely horrible (toxicity to the extreme, no one wants to hear the twelve year old/flamer/racist). But in Team Builder, there's generally fewer trolls, and calm people with voice chat would make decisions faster than chat in my opinion (please correct me if I'm wrong). So why not? Edit: I just remembered how easily people are swayed by how a voice sounds (sexism could become a problem, classism, endless bullying based on accents, nationalism etc.) so definitely include that in your decision-making before voting.
