Well I hope the league community and Riot are happy

This is what happens when you only have a new champion on PBE for 2 cycles, you get a fkin abomination that is impossible to deal with, you guys asked for champions to come out faster, you will get more broken champs due to lack of balance tuning, who the hell decided to give a rewind ult, with 1.3 ratio and 500 base damage AND heal absolutely no mana cost? why the hell is this pos able to cast his ult when he's oom and you're trying to outplay him and you notice he's oom, but nope he'll just use that god damn ult and you won't see him again till he comes back to lane and proceed's to wreck you with his stupid scaling passive and E. Oh and might I add why is his E allowed to proc on towers? Didn't we remove Kassadin's W ability to proc on towers cause he was chunking them too fast? Like does Riot have absolutely no concept of balance anymore?
