Got up to P1 by playing Jhin, now I'm faced with a dilemma: up until this point, braindead junglers (95% of them) didn't matter, I could still do something. If I go jungle though, our botlane goes 0-20 and is hopeless.

It's not your team. You hit your personal skill ceiling. It happens. Get better at the game and you'll continue climbing.
