It’s..not that bad. She’s forced to be melee for the first 10 levels, with no real mobility. That’s a lot of time to put her down. Like, really, her only movement ability is the speed up on her heal. Plenty of time to shut her down and close out a match before she hits true damage, and we don’t even know the extent of her damage levels at that point.
If youve never seen a Tristana when she's top tier in the meta, it's the same idea. Besides, Twitch has free AoE true damage at level 3.
