Potential sightstone buff to improve support playstyle.

So, I saw how riot was thinking of ways to improve the support playstyle and being a support main myself, believe a frequent issue is the absurd amount of backing compared to the rest of my team due to wards and having to recharge sightstone charges. So, a potential solution that I believe would be a nice buff would be to regenerate a charge on champion assist or ward kill assist. This would enable supports to stay out longer and would be a pretty handy feature that would help out support players.
