Just a question about ARAM skin boosts

My friend and I have wanted to test this out but he hasn't managed to get Twisted Fate in any of our ARAM games. Suppose someone owns every available skin for a champion they get in ARAM. Available as in ever purchasable in the store, both legacy and currently available skins. Now, suppose someone else got a skin boost in that game. What would occur? I'm wondering because a friend of mine owns every Twisted Fate skin besides PAX and wants to see if he can at least play one game with it.

The Skin boost support article says that only skins currently available in the store can be granted. PAX TF is actually listed as a specific example of an ineligible skin.

Most likely you will not benefit from skin boost beside the bonus ip. Source: I played over 5K ARAM games and own 560+ skins. http://www.auplod.com/u/uopadl6d63e.png
