Lucian's W should get it's AD ratio back

Lucians ult needs to not be face tanked by anything with a cloth armor

Itemization and runes are kind of bad for lucian atm. He also falls off late game and his early game is not that great either. He is in a bad/awkward state atm.

Lol the attack speed scaling on his ult should also be reverted. Why would you nerf lucian because an item was too strong on him then after nerfing him into the ground you nerf the item that was strong on him? I'm not sure the reason he is underperforming is because of his W, I think its because ADC's like Twitch, Vayne and Cait are overperforming. Lucian cannot easily keep up with 700 damage auto attacks by the first item. I'd suggest going IE instead of Youmus this patch for the best results on Lucian.
