Can we discuss Zilean's kit?

Zilean mid lane.

Holy hell is this annoying as all hell. Not only is it impossible to dodge his 2 timebombs (Thank you giant slow) they are also very forgiving. Remember Fizz's old ult after his mini rework? How you could miss completely but the pickup range was so large you would still land it. Zilean's bombs are like this.

Everytime the jungler ganks he just slows you and you're either forced to flash or dodge skillshots with like an 80% slow on you. Good luck with that...

Hitting him is just as hard too, he can also speed himself up. And when you think you can finally kill him, he ults and gets his whole hp bar back.

Sure you could just not kill him, but then he'd just run away and recall. He'd probably have his ult next time you almost killed him cause cooldowns are funny.

I'm not saying he's op, but his kit is just so easy and forgiving it makes me a bit annoyed. In the end he's just like Morgana mid, tons of damage and super easy/forgiving.
