First time ranked players problems

So after hitting level 30 a lot of people are super excited to see where they place in the ranked system. That's totally cool and all, but if you've won 46 normal games, there's no reason why you should be in a higher silver game. I'm not saying silver is some crazy high elo, because its not, silvers are a better version of bronze. But, there is a skill difference between bronze, and silver. I know riots not going to read this, and most likely they wont care because this is such a small problem in the ranked system currently. But it is extremely frustrating when your support morgana black shields you after alistar headbutt pulverize combo and screams obscenitys and spam pings you telling you how he "saved your kunt ass" and that you keep "diving" the enemy team when im trying to trade. Also zzrot first item is busted apparently.

  1. i litterally just tried out that strat, zzrot neted almost the same amount of gold as our mid laner so it seems legit with combined with ruby sight
  2. bronze take an extremely bad player to get into. master and challenger are the higher spectrum of play bronze is the lowest. most people do not fall in this. your average player will be a silver. bad or not they landed there because they are average,

Those trolls are going to troll no matter what you do. They can be taken out or whatever but they will be back and there is nothing you can do because if your in silver area, you are going to be playing with newbies or oldies alike.

It's funny how Silver was considered "pretty good" until I finally decided to play ranked a couple years or so ago. I climb my way from Bronze V to Silver IV, and the next thing I know, Silver is no longer any good. It's just Shiny Bronze.

This is why I don't do competitive gaming. It basically doesn't matter what you do, you'll always be trash. That's the kind of message I tend to get.

.... Nothing much to do with the OP, I was just reading this and realized how interesting it was that Silver used to be considered pretty decent.
