He still has an overloaded kit that can stomp new players with ease.

And for the low winrate. Think of it this way:

He has massive popularity due to how fun he is to use. So naturally he'll have alot more games in then lets say Xin Zhao. And due to Lee Sin taking some good understanding of the game to use effectively, which not everyone who plays him will have.

This of course will screw with his winrate due to newer players trying him and sucking hard.

i'll disagree with the xin zhao part right now xin is EXTREMELY popular, just not as popular as lee

You clearly weren't there where every team had a lee sin. Also, I suggest googling "Ghostcrawler Lee Sin" and seeing a few of the results.

If a champion isn't winning consistently, they aren't as good as everyone says. And as far as this so called "overloaded kit" is concerned, do you want me to start listing other champs with "loaded kits"? Because I'm sure Lee sin isn't the only one. Pretty much every champ made by CertainlyT has a more loaded kit than Lee Sin. Lee Sin has been nerfed into oblivion and requires a huge amount of skill to play well. And even if you play well, you get outscaled by most of the champs in this game.

Lee Sin is mediocre unless you can end early. I think he's way overrated and would rather have a jungler with more teamfight presence. Solo Que games generally drag on longer than they should if played competently so Lee isn't a good pick.
