You know how most ults do like 300 400 500 damage or around there? Well Viktors does that each tick.

At least Brand, Annie, Fiddlesticks, and Katarina can do equivalent damage once you factor in their AP ratios and AD ratios. That's just a few, and I have a hunch Jhin does just as much if not more. It's pretty standard, actually, and easily thwarted by moving away from him.

The only practical one of those is Fiddlesticks but it still doesn't justify it.

Jhin's goes pretty high. I've 2 shot a Lucian from 1700 hp before (3rd shot followed by last shot) and largest crit I've had recently was around 2400. His auto's alone can do around 1500 with the right build.

Maybe because most normal ults don't do all their damage over ~6 seconds and most normal ults do more than just damage? How shit would Viktor's ult be if it did the same damage as a standard mage ult?
