I've always wondered
Why don't they show ranked borders for enemy teams? It just throws me off.

YokoNomi1 votesThe mentality of some typically use the ranking of an opposing enemy as a reason to be negative or feel down about the situation, or perhaps even too cocky. In the end, the display of rank is irrelevant, since the cap is clear, and the reason you're facing them is due to MMR.

Then that's them deliberately bringing themselves down, it's not at all forced on them.
