I always asked myself how exactly Aatrox Blood Well works. If i have 2k hp, and my blood well is full, i will have the same AS bonus as if i had 4k hp and blood well full ?

Yes. Blood Well's AS bonus scales with level, therefore there's no linkage towards your maximum HP. Blood Well's capacity also scales with level, so no point on trying to do 6 warmog's armors. :) Everytime you spend health with your abilities - be it Dark Flight (Q), Blood Price (Toggled W) or Blades of Torment (E). Your ultimate, Massacre (R) also fills up instantly 20% of your Blood Well's maximum capacity per champion hit with it.

EDIT: Aatrox gains 1% Attack Speed for every 2% blood that is in the well.

It would be a nice buff to Tank Aatrox if he'll get an AS bonus based on maximum HP
