About the eventual ADC Itemization changes

I am wondering if we could get an idea of what you are planning with this. Myself and I am sure a LOT of other ADC players are rather worried about how our items will change. Will Crit still be a thing? Will it go back to BT rushes over the IE, what will happen to things like LW. Also Shiv and PD are rather core on us. Also, BOTRK for some that need to rush it. (Cough Cough) My main concern is the crit thing because RNG is nice, but it can also be your worst enemy.
