1/29 PBE Update

Dragon Slayer - Slaying the Dragon steals part of its power. Slaying 5 or more Dragons grants Aspect of the Dragon for a short time.

Dragon's Might:+6% Attack Damage and Ability Power

**Dragon's Wrath:Grants your attacks on turrets an additional firey burn over 2 seconds. ** Dragon's Flight: +5% Movement Speed

**Dragon's Dominance:You take 30% less damage from turrets. ** Aspect of the Dragon:Doubles other bonuses and your attacks reveal and burn enemies for 150 true damage over 3 seconds. Lasts 180 seconds.

Really sad to see extra damage to minions in monsters go , but that should increase peoples interest in getting a lot of dragons early to get that fourth buff earlier in the game

Dragon 5 means the end of the game no question with these new changes. You just send in the tank first and take down any turret with or without minions. 60% reduced turret damage is almost as powerful as an Alistar ult, and it's for way longer no less. Pair that with the burn damage and turrets don't stand a chance. Honestly I'd like to see these changes paired with making turrets more powerful mid game. That could make for dragon buffs to be more important and could lessen turret diving, thus making games a bit longer (which could be beneficial given the current game length). Or maybe they could bring back the old fortification summoner spell, albeit maybe not global.

dude. i was shyvanna with 1 tank item and I tanked a turret. 100-0 it by myself and still had like 30% health. no minions were around. they are too weak.

Why not just throw out the towers, eh? Make it so the nexus opens up at 20 minutes and whoever destroys it faster wins?

Yeah no ty. Give me back the minions damage.

some mages need it to clean a wave without needing 800 ap.

This is definitely in response to the number of poke/kite/disengage compositions being used. Makes diving their turrets easier so teams are more able to pick the counter-composition and close with it instead of being stalled out.

Dragon is already a great place for those compositions to shine, giving them their way to truly end close games through it makes sense.

Damn those are some nasty buffs, I could see games being really won off of 2 dragons tho with the current pace of the game

That 4th dragon buff looks REALLLLY strong to end out games. I doubt games will make 5th dragon anymore because it wont be needed to end.

probably the first good chance this year.

This could go either way. My first reaction is "oh no, riot wtf". But...if they make towers a little bit stronger b/c of this addition, then ill prolly be okay with it. A majority of people already think towers are too weak from the 15 min mark on....this just makes them even more useless

Its funny because the changes imply turrets do damage.
