This is really unreal. 16 game losing streak. How can this even be possible? I've had everything from inters, to laggers, to people straight up leaving, people flaming the team, smurfs destroying me or my teammates, and in my last game we had no jungle.

You should take a rest. If you are on a tilt, just don't play for a while. Yes, I know the urge of playing another game when you lose a game, but try forcing yourself to not play. I recommend taking a shower or taking a nap after a tilt as they keep you refreshed.
