Ashe's ult could use more bang (thematically)

I know there was a topic like this before but the more the merrier, right?

Right now, when you land that gigantic, frozen arrow on an enemy, all you get is.....a tiny explosion.

I think for clarity and thematic purposes, when you land the ult on enemies, it should incase them in ice like Sejuani's ult does, and the explosion should be...frostier?

I don't know, I just see more thematic potential with Ashe's ult.
