Holy shit e is so useful lol. When pushed up a lane you can send a hawkshot towards the enemy jungle to see if you can spot out the jungler, if you didnt see him that's fine , it lets you know that the jungler isn't there so you can continue to push/be aggresive/etc. Want to check on Baron and Drag? use your e. Too scared to facecheck a bush? use your e. Your e allows you to gain so much vision control its insane lol.
A good kill combo is to set up your passive stacks for q and ult whoever, w then start wailing on them with your q. I forget if her q takes 4 or 5 autos to triggger q but you can always suprise your enemy by having one below the required amount to q then do the combo stated above and that gaurantees the q activation because you get the last auto while they are briefly stunned, smarter players will keep track of your q passive and back off when you have all of them ready. Later in the game when you have more attack speed you can have two less autos than required and ult and be able to hit two times in the brief stun. Note: Ashe is a great teamfighter, not the best duelist, highly dependent on ult for duels. Also this combo is for close range only as you probably know .
Ashe's ult is a great engage and catch tool but don't over emphasize it, sometimes you will have to make less effective ults in order to peel for yourself, save an ally, across the map epic monster steals, finish a low health target, etc. Not even the best ashe players can make engage and catch ults the whole game, its too unrealistic. Another thing to add, Ashe's cooldown is actually quite nice as it is a shorter cd for an ult than you might think. However if it concerns you that much you can build an essence reaver to reduce the cd of it as this was what she used to buy first earlier in the meta so she could spam arrows.
The current Ashe meta build is bork into runanns, but you won't be considered trolling if you go the old bf sword into runanns route, like stated before if you care that much about your ult cd you can go for essence reaver but if you feel you need more damage and/or are confident you don't need the cd reduction/mana restoration go for ie.
Go for the cunning route for multiple reasons:
- The resolve tree is mostly for tankier champions
- Cunning gives you better cs'ing (savagery)
- Biscuits are never bad
- An alternative or extra buff to mana restoration (Meditation) or deal more damage considering youre a carry (merciless)
- Make close fights stronger for you and give you a stronger chance of living especially late game when you count more than others (dangerous game) or go for a passive scaling lane and increase your gold income (bandit)
Note: this is the general path for all adc's
Hope this helps!
