Gnar is currently at a 45% win rate (http://www.champion.gg/champion/Gnar) you nerfed his core item which killed tank Yasuo thank god. But in the same patch you nerfed Gnar. Is there any plans on buffing him?

Gnar is fine, he just takes more skill than most tanks because when he is mini if you can't kite well you are just a worse Malphite and can actually die pretty easily.

That and Gnar is pretty toxic when he is meta and shapes the whole top lane meta around him
