From what I know, Ezreal's Q can not crit. I think that allowing his q to crit, even if it does not do the full 200% damage, would be a very good buff to him. Ezreal when compared to the other adc's, isn't in a great spot. Not that he is necessarily bad, but he isn't that great. Plus this would make somethng like Essence Reaver seem a little more better of a buy on him since I am assuming this item was kinda made for the type of champion he is. But just my opinion .
Nanuk Pihoqahiak1 votesNot the change he needs. It'd make him too safe for the potential damage he could spit out. He needs a more interesting W. It was only interesting in Season 2/3 or whatever when it cut the attack speed of enemies hit and before that when it had a heal attached.
