fix remake

can we make it where you can successfully afk without remake. this is done by walking one step every 2-3 minutes. can we get something similar to dotas 5 min no xp clause? it is very annoying that i still have to 4v5 from game start due to a flaw in the remake system, on the other hand, it is possible for someone to dc then rejoin after remake is up and vote yes to that remake, someone did this because he didnt like someones name.
