A new Item I Would LOVE to see

since Immobile Mage Update is being done. Could you consider creating an item for mages (with a lot of AP so that tanks won't use it if that's a problem) that stops enemies around you from using dashes/"teleport" ( 's R or 's second W).

this would be really helpful midlane since there are Champions (expecially immobile ones) that struggle really much against champs like (and adding an item like that would only make them less toxic).

Example of the Item: Cost: 3200 +80 AP +350 Mana +50% Base Mana Regen Active: In the next 4 seconds creates an Area around you that will stop any dash/blink/"teleport"/whatever you call it.

dashes casted OUTSIDE the Area still work
