So I think playing at night is 10 times better. The players are better, are usually "smurfs", and my ping is better. I was playing last night between 2 and 6 am and it was glorious. I could trust everyone i was playing with. Daytime comes around and I cant do anything on support. MASSIVE skill difference a couple hours makes. Unbelievable.

I experience massive toxicity at night time...
I find during the day at the weekend to be the worst time to play. Feels like most games are full of really unpleasant players who both play badly and are extremely toxic, often ruining games with their negative attitudes.
I feel like my games are far less enjoyable during the day. People tend to try harder across the board at night, making for somewhat closer and entertaining games.
I wish I could survive on little-to-no sleep :c

Playing 2-6 am in plat 2 + is actually the worst experience you'll have in your life actually.
I'm a night owl but I dislike playing during the night. Often get paired with Chinese or Koreans who won't speak the Engrish.
Yeah of course, only the hardcore weebs are playing in the middle of the night.
Like minded people play at similar times i guess

Not in my experience. Playing late of night/early in the morning often gives me terrible Chinese players who don't speak English.
i used to play ranked between 2-5am and i made it out of the bronze trap to the silver trap. now people dont play close enough to follow up in general so i stopped ranked little before the assassin rework came out.. game is definately better to play in the wee hours of the night because people on that time are usually people willing to put time into the win rather than come to get easy wins and snowball though less true now than it was a year ago with the surrender meta we got going on and its the worse its been in the past 2.5 years. Also day before holidays the que is the same as in the day because of casuals not having anything to do next day
