Just wondering when the hotfix that was mentioned on friday was gunna happen? As well as what all it will entail if possible :D

Skarner:
Attack Damage lowered to 57.2 (down from 61.2) Movement Speed lowered to 335 (down from 345) Crystalline Exoskeleton [W] - Max health ratio lowered to 10/11/12/13/14% (down from 12/13/14/15/16%) Fracture [E] - Damage lowered to 40/65/90/115/140 (down from 40/75/110/145/180) Fracture [E] - Stun damage lowered to 25/35/45/55/65 damage (down from 25/50/75/100/125) Fracture [E] - Cooldown increased to 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds (up from 13/12.5/12/11.5/11)
