@Riot, Can Singed be looked for at for a new passive and ult buff?

I myself am not a singed player, but I've read through so many threads on their sub reddit and comments from rioters about singed. Riot MANWOLFAXEBOSSES or whatever his name said that he wasn't on the balance team when singed's tenacity was removed from his ult, but he was definitely against it. Also, all of the singed mains agree that his passive is useless and they would like to see a new mini update to it. Only dedicated singed mains are playing their champ right now, and their were win rate is still low. They are also very sad that proxying is mostly no longer a viable option/playstyle for them. Hopefully this gets some attention.
