Rift Herald needs to be fixed

Explain to me why rift is not only easier to take than the last one but is also more powerful. Like I understand riot is trying to make it relevant and actually making it a focus but come on man. It is waaaaaayy to easy to get plus if the person holding dies, they dont lose it????????? like what kind of sense does that make?

Same goes for items and lesser dragons.

yeah but rift isnt the same as dragon, last time i checked dragons and items dont take half the turrets health with one charge
