How exactly is the Hextech GLP-07A going to stack with Rylais? will they stack? will they be separated? More so asking about if rylais will enhance the slow on the active or if it will not be affected by it.

Also how exactly have mages been builidng in playtests? ARchanges - RoA - hextech item rabadons? or going crazy and getting 2 hextech items and using the actives for different situations.

The GLP-07A slow behaves just like any other slow in cases where a target has multiple slows on them - only the most powerful one takes effect. If you've got Rylai's that means the GLP-07A hit would slow for 60% initially. The Rylai's slow of 40% would then kick in once the GLP slow had decayed below 40%.

We haven't seen much use of multiple Hextech items at once. Between the shared CD on those items and the way many champions only really want one of the items in the first place people have generally been pairing one of them with other stuff.

would it become a problem if mages were building 2 hextech items and using the actives for different moments of the game tho?

Also how does the dash effect look on the hextech fireball belt? I've just been cackling thinking of zyra just speeding up to move really fast for a moment then shooting out fireballs. specially with her run animation.

Why are slows "unhealthy for the game"? That is a statement that has been said by Riot. I do not know the justification for it. Can we have the context

i have another question, How exactly does the "arc" for the ice work? is it like Diana's Q Arc, or is it completly new?

About the dashydashy item, don't you think it'd be better to balance Annie and other battlemages around that, just like AD Assassins around Duskblade? It's much more powerful than flash due to the huge cooldown ratio, but it's more counterable and less frustrating due to the travel time. So, the champion needs a lower power level due to the lower cooldown if it has access to this item, however the rarer times when they use flash instead of the item it's less impactful due to having a now lower power level and so the frustration from those moments is reduced.
