Does lethality from items stack?

It says its unique now but it's not named and its not entirely clear to me how it works. Does it just not stack if its the same item? Does it still stack if its the same amount(aka duskblade + edge of night = 30 lethality) or does it only stack if they are different amounts like youmus and duskblade or do those not stack either?

if tis a different number it will stack, so yes ghost blade will stack but duskblade and edge of night should not stack becuase they are both 15 a piece

Yes, they should stack if they're different items, just like how cdr stacks with a KindleGem and a Codex, but not 2 Codexes.

Unnamed unique passives will stack just not across the same item. See above example.
