I just saw the Skarner "Hot Fix" and I must say wow. Finally Skarner was back to his old strong self in the jungle with his Juggernaut rework. Well now you can call it a Jungle Not nerf. Yes he was strong, however cc shuts him down easily. I can understand the small nerf to his w, exoskeleton, but the E nerf is outrageous. A decrease of 60 points of damage at level 5. I love Skarner but wasn't able to do much in team fights until his Juggernaut update. Now I doubt he will do anything again other than become a tank again. What a joke.

He's disgustingly overpowered, and deserves to be hit hard.
