So frustrated and need to rant.

I wish people would act mature and treat others like human beings and not come character in a game. I have blocked so many toxic, racist, sexist summoners this week it is sickening. I understand we report them and make sure you fill out the report in detail, which I do, but this doesn't seem to help. What is the point of having the reporting system if they get like 7 chances. I love League so much and it bothers me that you, Riot, are allowing this to happen on your servers. I would do things differently but that is me. I just hope you do something so that others and myself who actually enjoy playing League will have a better experience. Yes I mute them. Yes I report them. Still it is shocking to see how many people aren't reporting and how many people that get reported get a slap on the wrist.
