@Riot, what're you planning for Kassadin?

So, we all know that Assassins are coming up next, and I know that he's not one of the main targets of serious attention, but he's been kind of in a weird place for...most of his existence really.

In the way-back land of yonder past, he was clearly intended to hop onto casters, lock 'em down and stab them to death. But that got a bit put to the side in lieu of him having enormous bases and ratios to the point of insta-killing people during a silence...while possessing one of the best mobility tools (that also does damage!) in the game, which was meant to help him stick.

Fast forward a few years and now he's a shell of himself, and still possesses a play pattern that kind of necessitates keeping him weak. His silence is gone, and he even misses it in game, and his full burst pattern remains, and it's just as unhealthy as ever, only now it's held back by his god-awful base damage.

While he may not be fully under the radar, do you guys have some plans in mind for him to maybe re-determine where he should be? I feel like the silence could be brought back in a more healthy way, and that he might benefit health-wise from being moved towards a more DPS-oriented playstyle, but those are just my thoughts.
