Reasons why Dark harves is not applied onto single target spells
Just wondering why not, woud be nice to take something other than electrocute even if it wasn't as good early in lane.

Because no fun allowed.
Because Pantheon exists. Also Vlad. And a few other champions that we don't need their already way too high damage point and clicks doing even more damage.
