I practicing on the practice tool and made a build for Urgot and it looked like item 3800 item 3071 item 3022 item 3742 item 3110 item 3047 .Would this be a optimal build?

lack of damage no mr or sustain

would be good if you are verse a 100% ad team with a fed ad assassin

over capped on cdr RG gives 10 cdr BC gives 20 frozen heart gives 20. frozen heart good vs a team with a lot of of auto attackers but not ideal if just 1 .
