Complete League Comms

It would really be nice to have a complete league in game voice chat with the whole team being able to talk to each other even in solo/duo queue and we can still have the ability to mute people that are being toxic in voice chat. I really believe this will be better for people and allow us to do better in games because we will be able to verbally warn people of incoming danger and communicate things that need to be done.
