Trade spots in the Draft order (Ranked & Norms)

Gonna keep it short and sweet, we should be able to trade our spots in the draft order with other people on our team like we can trade champs in ARAM. I main Supp and I love getting last pick in the order so I can pick my champ according to what the other team plays but I hate when I don't get it. On the other hand people who want first pick in the draft dont get that spot sometimes also so to fulfill our needs we should be able to trade spots in the draft, I don't see any problems with this being implemented. The option I think should be allowed during the first 30 seconds of the draft, when you are calling your champ so your team doest ban them.
