You are behind in levels for a reason. That's on you. There is no reason for extra xp if you are behind.

sorry for actually going out of my way to ward and roam to protect everyone and not be near minions when they die. Sorry for being behind when i am actually doing what i am supposed to be doing. There is no reason for a support to be 2,3,4 lvls behind everyone else because they are doing what they are supposed to be doing instead of being like a moron in lane getting cs and doing nothing of use

Yeah if you're away from a lane that long that you end up 2+ levels behind your adc, YOU are doing something wrong. Most of the time bot lane is behind a level or 2 to begin with. You share xp. I by no means am a support main, but if you want, I can teach you common sense in supporting.
