As we all know, Fizz's e is incredibly stupid and I believe it needs to be removed from the game completely. You should not be able to wall hop, have zhonyas, and do damage all in 1 ability and it having a 6-7 second cool down at the same time. It's incredibly unfair and it's impossible to win against when the fizz has 45% cdr with a zhonyas, they're literally invulnerable for 6 seconds max. Like, Riot please.

I think his entire kit is toxic

two slows, two dashes, %health damage (passive and active), something that applies onhit AND on spell effects, damage amplification and untargetability

He might as well have ignite in his pasive late game for adc's

Both his Q and his W are pretty underwhelming tho and his ult is pretty easy to counterbuild as well, so..
