Tahm's Q slow

Im just posting this as a Rammus main. Tahm's Tongue Lash's slow is powerful enough to negate Rammi's Q speed, and long enough to fully nullify how his Q works as an engage skill (because Rammus goes in after around 3 seconds of building up speed, so after 2 seconds of moving like, 2 teemos distance, people just back up far enough to get away from your engage).

Do other people think Tahm is strong af? I've been spamming Rammus for like, 2 or 3 weeks, trying to put some finishing touches on Runeglaive Rammus builds, so I don't have experience as other champions.

Yeah, I think he's OP in toplane.

Well, you are in fact trying to play Runeglaive Rammus. I want to know how well that works, as a fellow Rammus player.

But on topic, Tamh is in a solid spot. His Q is a perfect engaging or disengaging tool, but might hesitate to use it so you get to pull a 3-stacks stun. When you play rammus, and your only way of engaging is rolling on to people, yeah, he will negate you. But same goes to Janna, morgana, Taric, Braum and almost every champion with a good slow. It's not Tamh's fault.
