Dominion Matchmaking - Speed up, lower Q timers by lowering matching barriers

I really just want a Rioter to see this, my current problem with Dominion is just that, once you hit 1900+ MMR, Queue times literally reach 40min+. Many of us have 20min q's (I think), and poor Galen's main is stuck at 4 hour q times.

Isn't it really easy to make an adjustable matchmaking system, where if there's less people in Q, then Q times automatically adjust for that? I don't think many people care about imbalanced matchmaking in Dominion because well, it is IMBA AF anyways whenever certain players play (the system expects certain players to carry anyways). Most of us make smurfs, but then we get to high elo again too easily and Q times die just as easily

Matchmaking is bad enough as is. I find the losing team is determined by who has the worse player. You'll see the 0/10 Yasuo who hasn't capped anything and it's easy to see what lost you the game.

40+ minutes for 1900+ games on NA? Wow, that sucks.

Let's hope Riot enables the "high MMR for ranked" for Dominion and 3v3 as well. Though queues in 3v3 don't seem to be that bad these days (on EUW at least), and Dominion queues haven't even been bad lately. The downside is that lower MMR players might get to play with higher MMR players, although that might not be such a bad thing, maybe they'll learn a thing or two?
