Next champion release when? IP builds up

Hello guys! I was wondering this because in my main account in LAN (Hige) I have nearly 30k IP ._. and there hasn't been teasers or anything similar, except for some shiny circles on the rift... anyway it'd be cool if I could gift a champion for increased IP price at least (gifting teemo ftw...) or if I could exchange some huge amount of IP for 100 or 50 RP once you have all champions like I do of course.

I was thinking of buying runepages like crazy but I have all the ones I need =/ I really really hate to see that number grow and being unable to buy anything... as a matter of fact, I've been buying champions for 7800 IP since Lissandra :(
