Once again... QoL tweaks for Kennen!

Well... probably I should stop posting this... but this is one of the things I strongly believe would make the game a tad better, at least for those who like Kennen as much as I do, hell, it'd make the game better for Kennen's enemies as well!!! so without further ado, the proposed changes!

1.- If a target dies from the third application of mark of the storm, it will not refund 25 energy... why? it's a very specific case but it happens a lot (W as a finisher for example) 25 energy is not that big of a deal anyway so why doesn't it procs?

2.- When you Autoattack with Electrical Surge's (W) passive on, and** the unit you're targeting dies, you'll burn the on-hit mark and will need to reload** again =/ I think getting up to 5 autos is enough requirement to apply a mark, having to reload again just because of timing isn't ideal.

3.- Kennen's particle when Electrical Surge is charged is almost invisible the icon on the buffs bar is a step in the right direction at least...

4.- Make Lightning rush MS increase accurate numerically, it says it's 100% but in reality you'd reach the ms caps with your base MS of 335, meaning that instead of having 670 MS you'd have 565. I'm not sure how to fix this but I'm guessing a change in the tooltip would do (100% -> 70%) that said 565 MS is not "Lightning" fast... I'm not sure if Rammus (165%...), Hecarim (75%) and Skarner (35%) are constrained by the movement speed cap but they definitely feel faster than Kennen

5.- Kennen's ult marks at early levels are unreliable 3 marks per target means that at lvl 6 Kennen can efectively stun 2 people via his ult only, though, given the case, against more than 2 enemies the marking sequence can go bonkers. Riot have been trying to remove most RNG from the game and I think that this ult could function the same way if Kennen had 15 bolts all the time but limited to 3 per target as always.

6.- Kennen is really fun to play because of his intricate yet simple skills, but Kennen's intricacies doesn't have enough rewards yeah a 5 man stun can be HUGE, but Sona can do that =/ as well as Morgana and many others, Kennen has to work for it HARD and at best it's a 1.5 second stun. I'm guessing reapplying the stun can be pretty disruptive though near impossible, you could follow up on one target if any.

I wouldn't ask Riot to increase his stuns durations or to remove his diminishing returns or to increase his damage or any kind of buff since HE DOESN'T NEEDS BUFFS but to polish him into a champion with better flow who's skills can be used and understood more easily for the Kennen player as well for the enemy, for example it's nearly impossible for an enemy to know that Kennen has Electrical surge passive on.

I love kennen. I first played him when I was about level 20 in an ARAM, and I couldn't figure out his W at all, yet somehow I went 20-0. I bought him after that and he's still one of my go-to top laners.

Ya this would make kennen much better. I am not very good as him but still some how love playing no matter if I win or lose lane. I just find that I can't do enough damage to kill the enemy without help from my jungler.
