QoL Buffs for Kennen

Hello guys! I've been playing a lot Kennen of lately and I find him to be awesome :D! Though he feels a little lacking in some areas, perhaps he's just outdated but I think a small array of QoL buffs could bring him back or in line.

1.- If a target dies from the third application of mark of the storm, it will not refund 25 energy... why? it's a very specific case but it happens a lot (W as a finisher for example) 25 energy is not that big of a deal anyway so why doesn't it procs?

2.- When you Autoattack with Electrical Surge's (W) passive on, and the unit you're targeting dies, you'll burn the on-hit mark and will need to reload again =/ I think getting up to 5 autos is enough requirement to apply a mark, having to reaload again just because of timing kind of sucks.

3.- Kennen's particle when Electrical Surge is charged is almost invisible (I use the icon on the buff bar and the sound it produces as clues instead)

4.- Electrical surge visuals are a blast, yes they are, but I swear to god my pc has gotten hanged up more than once if I use Electrical surge on a large minion wave... this is something that doesn't happen with Statikk Shiv or with Volibear's thunders, so I'm guessing they are different somehow. So It's pretty obvious that Kennen needs a VU, though, I understand it's not a priority yet but I think you guys should take a look at his heavy particles!

5.- You could increase Lightning rush duration just a liiiiiittle bit, after all, most of the time using the whole duration can be detrimental since you can't auto and I think you can cancel it whenever you want so it'd be used as a more efficient gap closer or as a better getaway (getting cc'd in the middle of a Lighting rush will pretty much hold you in place till it's over...)

6.- Make Lightning rush MS easier to calculate, it says it's 100% but in reality you'd reach the ms caps with your base MS of 335, meaning that instead of having 670 MS you'd have 565. I'm not sure how to fix this but I'm guessing a change in the tooltip would do (100% -> 70%)

Also I'd like to say that Kennen is really fun to play because of his intrincate yet simple skills, but the intrincate part doesn't have enough rewards (yeah a 5 man stun can be HUGE, but Sona can do that =/ as well as Morgana and many others, Kennen has to work for it HARD and at best it's a 1.5 second stun).

I also think the ult application of marks/stun could be more consistent at LVL 6. The marks apply randomly, which sucks, and not at close enough intervals. The ult lockdown is often times not much of a lockdown, and often ends up stunning the low priority targets first instead of the high priority ones. It would be nice if some other mechanic other than RNG could be used to determine the mark sequence for Kennen's ult.
