Tired of feeding? Need to harass from tower, wave clearing without any risk with point and click?

Not to mention free damage on a large AoE that you can trigger the instant it reaches its destination.

Lux is too freaking safe and needs some damage sacrificed for that safety.

lux can not clear minion waves with her e alone until mid, maybe lategame. by that stage of the game, shes not the only one who can easily waveclear from a distance.

early on she gets them down to about half, maybe 1/3 health and then has to trigger her passive with auto attacks to finish them off.

if you dont want to get harassed, push in the minions as hard as possible between her e cooldowns, so she is forced to use it to cs, instead of harassing you. it has a peretty significant cooldown, so she can only do one or the other. easy.

Lux was originally meant to be a CC-heavy support champion, she didn't /have/ to build much AP to contribute to the game. AP just got easier to build, and she transitioned mid.
