Kled Nerfs on PBE

I wanna understand something. i get kled is unfun to fight but your nerfing him for that. or are you nerfing cause some new items may be too strong on him? he doesnt even have a high winrate or even that high of a play percent in comparison to other top laners. so i just wanna know why. and i was thinking of worlds and said "oh he must have done well in worlds" Nope, the one game i know he was in and he was rewarding 300 gold to the enemy team each time he ulted scaling with how many team members he brought with him. i kinda want a legit reason for these nerfs other then that a good kled is somewhat annoying to fight.

he is also one of my favorite champions. it pains me to see him get so much damage lost from his kit, 3% on that last auto is more then some people will realize.
