You need to be there for your friend when stuff like this happens..

No I don't mean gang up on the other person and send nasty comments back..

I mean calm your friend when you see him distressed tell him to mute the player. And tell a few funny jokes to get him to laugh. That's what me and my friend do.. we calm eachother down to not let ragers/titles get to us.

and finally report the player at the end.

What's sad is that person will not get punished by riot. the system needs fixed and yet, riot would rather just promote new splash art than focusing on activly fixing the toxicity outside of their scripting program of punishment.
