Why is she still being nerfed? yes i get that she could still be potentially a bit too strong and she was strong before but at least let taliyah actually get some 6.14 playtime before you roll the nerfs out again.
(Unless PBE Players Exist and said the nerfs were bad)

Actually, no she had only gotten a Mana cost Reduction on her q as far as i remember. and the new W makes me learn how to actually use her W again. and she is STILL getting nerfs on the PBE.
