Now that you have removed a lot of the Games speed up items, any chance of returning Evelynn's Q's ability to give passive Run speed when it hits you ?
I find she's a little slower then I'd like her to be -_-

Halodjin Tyr1 votesyou obviously don't play her, the only thing Broken about Evilynn, is her early Game potential, she is completely dependent on the Laner on her ganks unless she gets fed, then she's a nightmare. and it's pretty damn hard to get fed on her unless the players are really really bad in multiple lanes.
