Why does riot hate azir?
I don't care if he's broken in competitive play, that's no reason to make him unplayable for the average player. I could play him somewhat okay before and could win games with him but he's litteral trash now. He's ryze 2.0

The way his kit works inherently does not allow him to be good in casual while not being broken in competitive. He needs a full rework to be viable in both.
